Core logo redesign

 

Client: AAo-hns | Designer: Miguel Ventura | Art Direction: Jackie Cole

Centralized Otolaryngology Research Efforts (CORE)’s logo, a grant program that is a part of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS), needed a refresh and a way to connect with the branding developed for other programs in AAO-HNS’ research and quality unit. Initial sketches focused on CORE’s research and data, and a focus on imagery of centralization. A focus on AAO-HNS’ primary colors, red and blue, was made to ensure CORE’s branding would more closely match other programs in the research and quality unit.
